Position Purpose

As a member of the Academic Financial Services Office staff, provide administrative support to the Academic division in the area of fiscal and/or business management. Independently apply principles of financial management to perform such functions as purchasing, payroll, budgeting, cash handling, record keeping, auditing, travel, and other fiscal procedures. This position also provides organizational and project support to the Academic Financial Support Services Manager and the Vice Provost for Academic Operations.

This is a full-time, overtime-eligible position in the Academic Financial Services Office on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College.

Salary and Benefits: $3,177 – $4,232 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
