This information is gathered directly through employer and job seeker account registrations, resume submissions and job posting activities, and is used for the purpose of operating the job board service. Other information is compiled from site traffic data that employs IP addresses and other numeric codes to identify a computer. 

Employer Registration To advertise a job opening on this job site, an employer must complete an employer account registration. An account registered on this site provides access to employer features on this site only.

Job Seeker Registration To apply to a job posting through this job site, a job seeker must register by completing a job seeker profile. 

Resume search will be a feature of this site. However, the job seeker controls the level of visibility of any resume or cover letter that is stored on this site. The job seeker can elect at any time to be excluded from search results and can also elect not to show contact information using privacy features.
