Part Time Customer Service Sales Associate

Beatriz Ball is looking for a Part-time Customer Service Sales Associate who will play a key role in our wholesale and direct to consumer gift and tabletop division by supporting our nationwide sales reps, retailers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Customer Service Associate with administrative tasks such as, processing orders, order entry and managing customer inquiries from our sales team and specialty retailers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work in our accounting software for answering questions on orders and order entry and engage with Shopify wholesale and direct to consumer websites
